Golf Club Warranty new & used – 6 months on Club Heads and Components, 4 weeks warranty on Shafts.
Some of our new products (Bags,Trolleys Package Sets,GPS,Tech) will be covered under the Manufactures Warranty, depending on product – normally 6 months or one year, please contact us for further details.
All clubs sold by Golfmarket (new & preowned) come with a warranty – 6 months cover on heads and components, 4-weeks warranty on shafts.
Please note, due to the nature of shafts, particularly with graphite shafts, we only provide a 4-week warranty. We feel this is a sufficient time period to expose any underlying weaknesses in the shaft when we sold it and also time to highlight if the shaft sustained any damage during transit.
Warranty is provided stating that the clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use over the duration of the warranty – (6 months heads & components, 4 weeks for shafts, (regardless of how often the club has been used), from date of receipt of goods.
The warranty will not be valid if the product has been misused, defaced, altered, abused or otherwise damaged by the customer.
Second Hand Golf Bags are not covered under warranty due to the nature of the product, please report any defects upon delivery.
