We reserve the right at our discretion to change modify, and/or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. YOUR USE OF THE SITE
Golfmarket authorises you to view and download a single copy of the Material (as defined below) on the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The use of the Site and the Material is entirely at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to the Site and may be made at any time.
You may not reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, sell or modify the Material or otherwise use the Material in any way for any public or commercial purpose or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions. In particular, the use of the Material on any other web site or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.
The Material may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Golfmarket makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Material or about the results to be obtained from using the Site or the Material.
If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Material automatically terminates and you agree to immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Material.
LIABILITY
Golfmarket shall not be liable and shall not otherwise be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement for any failure to perform (or delay in performing) any of its obligations hereunder caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Golfmarkett does not warrant that the Site will operate error-free or that the Site and its servers are free of computer viruses and other harmful elements. If your use of the Site or the Material results in the need for servicing or replacing equipment or data, Golfmarket is not responsible for those costs.
YOUR OBLIGATIONS

That any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete; and confirm that you are the authorised holder of any credit/debit card you may use on the Site; to notify us immediately of any changes to any information you have submitted to the Site; and to be available for delivery and to take delivery of any products ordered by you from the Site.
PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH GOLFMARKET
Any order made by you shall be deemed to constitute an offer to purchase. No contract shall exist between you and Golfmarket for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Golfmarket accepts your order by email. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and shall be deemed to be effectively communicated to you at the time Golfmarket sends the email to you (whether or not you receive that email). Any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Ireland and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the Laws of Ireland.
While every effort is made to ensure the availability of products and to fulfil all orders, Golfmarket cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the Site. Golfmarket reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any good or service at any time.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in € euro as default. Prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates but do not include delivery charges. These will be notified to you and applied after you select your shipping method. If order is being shipped outside of the Republic of Ireland, the price does not account for or include any local duties/taxes that may be payable on the importation of goods into the customers country.
DELIVERY
Golfmarket will endeavour to have your product delivered within four working days within Ireland, for example an order placed on Monday would normally arrive by Thursday and an order placed on Friday would normally arrive by Wednesday. All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to dispatch. We regret that at present we cannot deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. For deliveries outside Ireland you will be notified of approximate delivery dates, upon receipt of order.
Golfmarket will endeavour to meet our delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery within these time frames and we will not accept responsibility if your order is delivered outside the four day time frame..
Title to the goods will only pass when delivery is acknowledged by a valid signature from a member of your household who is 18 years or over.
DELIVERY SHORTAGE or NO DELIVERY RECEIVED.
Any goods missing/short from your delivery must be reported to us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery.
If no delivery is received, this must be reported within 10 days from your expected delivery date or 7 days from the expected delivery date provided by our carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you have bought an item(s) online and would like to return it;
Email returns request to [email protected], with your order details within 14 days of receipt of delivery, we will then email you a returns note number within 2 working days, please quote this on all correspondence and note it on return address label.
You can return your item(s) to our premises in Walkinstown Dublin 12 (see contact us, for address/map).
Return the goods by carrier, using the box you received the goods in, you will be liable for the delivery costs, please note you will only be credited the original delivery charges, if the return is as a result of an error by Golfmarket (faulty product or wrong product shipped).
For damaged goods or products covered under our 6 month warranty, please contact us on [email protected] and will organise collection of goods, followed by replacement, credit or repair of goods – depending on the nature of the return.
6 MONTH PRODUCT WARRANTY
All clubs sold by Golfmarket come with a 6 month warranty, stating that clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use over the duration of 6 months from date of receipt of goods. The warranty will not be valid if the product has been misused, defaced, altered, abused or other wise damaged by the customer. Second Hand Golf Bags are not covered under the 6 warranty due to the nature of the product, any faults upon delivery must be reported within 7 days. Please note, due to the nature of graphite shafts, we can only provide a 4 week warranty on graphite shafts, we feel this is a sufficient time period to expose any underlying weaknesses.
14 DAY TRIAL PERIOD
For your golfing peace of mind!, Golfmarket offer you a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all pre-owned clubs (does not apply to new product), if the club(s) don’t meet your expectations or if they don’t suit your games, just let us know and we will arrange money back or replacement at your discretion. Please note the clubs must be dispatched to us within 14 days of receipt, Golfmarket reserves the right to lower the refund value if the condition of the clubs has worsened, courier/delivery charges will not be credited, you will be liable for any delivery charges for the return of product. Does not apply to new any products or clubs with heads still in the plastic.
Transaction Fees on Refunds:
As PayPal and stripe (card processing) no longer refund their transaction fees to us, when we issue a customer refund. Golfmarket will cover the cost of their fees on lower value returns/refunds, but we will have to pass them on when the fees exceed a certain value. These fees will be deducted from your refund value as follows:
For orders processed through PayPal – club(s) returned over €100, their fee of approx. 3.6% will be deducted from the refund value.
For Stripe/card payments, any club(s) returned over €300, their fee of approx.1.5% will be deducted from refund.
HEADCOVERS
Please note that unfortunately not all the clubs we source come with the head covers supplied. If the head cover is supplied it will be shown in the pictures of the club, normally second picture. It will also be listed in the club details. We do supply a range of good quality generic head covers, should you decide you would like to add one to your order.
